Entrance

The apartment front door is on the 7th floor of this 8 floor apartment block. Helen’s Place is located on the rear right hand side of this block, as the entrance is on Vulture Street.

280 litre Fridge Freezer 4 burners Ceramic Cooktop and under bench oven, electric Chef CVE614SA 14 place setting Dishwasher, Range hood, Microwave, Mixmaster (hand held or on a stand), blender, milk frother/warmer.

Kitchen Crockery

8 place setting Dinner plates, Bread and butter plates, cups and saucers, bowls. Glassware 6 Large, medium and small sized tumblers, 2 jugs, 1 vase, 1 beer glass with handle Stubby coolers Assorted plastic containers in its own cupboard

Dining/Lounge Room

Table and 4 chairs with placemats and coasters 2 x 2 seater recliners, 2 side tables each with a lamp TV, TV Unit, 1 side unit with lamp

Laundry /Bathroom

1 towel rail with 2 hooks behind the door. Laundry basket and pegs with 2 clothes airers. Automatic washing machine with dryer installed above. Large washtub with additional 3 doors of storage underneath. 2 doors can be locked if required. Shower in far corner, with narrow sliding doors.

Linen Press

Fully stocked linen press with standard sized bath towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, sheets for beds along with Jigsaw puzzles

Master Bedroom

Very generous double sliding mirror doors wardrobe with central hanging space, shirt, coat and skirt hangers, with shelving either side and easily accessible. TV on open shelf TV unit. Double bed, 2 bedside tables with doors and open shelf.

Second Bedroom

Single bed with additional upper bunk bed. Desk with chair and additional draws for storage as required
